QuoteFlow started with a simple observation: the admin around getting paid takes longer than the paperwork that earns the money. A plumber, a design studio, an IT consultancy and an events company all have the same problem — the quote, the follow-up, the invoice, the VAT, the reminder, the reconciliation.
We took the depth of the best open-source billing systems and rebuilt the parts that matter for a South African business: correct VAT handling, Rand pricing, four local payment gateways, and a client portal your customers can actually use from their banking app.
